Hey Briana, when I try those links it keeps telling me I have to install the printer driver, even though I have installed it – so I try to install again, and keep getting the same message. I’ve printed lots of Qs from home, so any suggestion why I might be gettig that? (only for these links!)

Try cutting and pasting and putting in a different browser. If you use IE, use Firefox, etc. That usually does the trick for me. I was able to print in Firefox earlier with this link. hope that helps.
