Hey Briana, Thanks for stopping by my blog! I make this chicken casserole too except round these parts we call it poppy seed chicken. Not really sure why cause the poppy seeds don't really add much to it! We all love it though. I haven't made it in a while. It might be time to revisit an old one! Love your site!

Briana,
I don't have my own blog so I will just post my recipe in the comment area ... hope thats ok!
Creamy Ravioli and Spinach Bake from the Six O Clock Scramble by Aviva Goldfarb (awesome book!)

1 family size package of cheese ravioli
(I use 24oz ish the frozen kind) $3.oo
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach .79
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with their liquid .59
1 cup light sour cream .65
1/2 t salt freebie
1/4 t garlic powder freebie ( I don't even add this but if you want to you can )
1 t dried basil freebie (if you don't have dried basil substitute oregano or itial seasoning)
4 oz crumbled feta cheese $2.00

Cook the ravioli according to package directions in boiling water and drain. Defrost spinach in microwave and drain it. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients (except ravioli) in a large bowl. Gently stir in ravioli. Spread into a baking dish (calls for 8x 8 but I use a 9x 13) Cover with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot.

I would guess the total cost to be about $7.00 and this is very delishhhh! Thanks for the blog Briana I just found it the other day courtesy of Wags to Riches and I love it!
