I received another survey opportunity through CVS Advisor. I get these every few months and the extra $10 or more in Extra Bucks is always nice. So check your inbox if you are a CVS Advisor. To thank qualified respondents who complete this survey, CVS/pharmacy will credit your ExtraCare account with a total of $10 in *Extra Bucks beginning December 19, 2008. To thank non-qualified respondents, CVS/pharmacy will credit your ExtraCare account with $2 in Extra Bucks beginning December 19, 2008. They will print on the bottom of your register receipt at any CVS/pharmacy store when you have your ExtraCare card scanned.
