(Disability income only)While I would love to use it for gifts for others- like getting an auto adjusting wrench for my step dad who has Parkinson’s…. I would have to use it for immediate needs…. I have a small “Mother in Law” cottage I rent out- to help pay my mortgage. Recently my renter moved out (owing back rent) and left considerable damage… Sigh….
