I had the chance to try Smart Ones Morning Express Breakfast Quesadillas this past week. For those of you who follow Weight Watchers, One Smart Ones Quesadilla = 4 points. There are (2) Quesadillas in one box. One for now, one for later! This was a very tasty and fulfilling breakfast due to having 13 grams of protein at the “right” calorie cost. I would rate this Quesadilla at higher quality than some Fast Food Quesadillas and it had much less calories. This is a product you can start your day with when you are on the go…I’m think I’m ALWAYS on the go.

57 Tiffany January 10, 2009 at 7:29 am: I’d love to try the quesadilla. Early in this pregnancy, I ate the WW version of an egg McMuffin every morning. It was the only thing I found to eat that settled my tummy in the morning. It was a good mix of carb and protein which seemed to work.

English Muffin Sandwich
Looks and sounds delicious. This would be perfect for my husband. He wakes up early for work but doesn’t want to wake up everyone to make breakfast. He can take it on the go to the office. Thanks for the opportunity!
