Flag tees are a staple at our house! I’ve never purchased before the 4th of July but usually find these on clearance afterwards. One year I bought 20 of them in different sizes for .25 each! These was way back in the day and just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
However, this year no need to wait until after the holiday, Old Navy is offer the Flag Tees for just $1 on 7/3/2009. Limit 5 per person.

Hi there! You might encourage your readers to double-check with their local stores before heading out. I noticed Money Saving Mom also had this deal up on her site and commentors were reporting that their stores were unaware of this. Another commented that ON had cancelled this nationwide due to a lack of inventory.

This seemed a little too good to be true and I couldn’t find anything advertised by Old Navy about this sale so I called their Customer Service line. They said this sale was ‘planned’ but has since been cancelled. I called my local Old Navy store and they said they were not aware of a $1 sale on Friday.
Hello everyone,I was so excited about this sale!!!!Well I went into my store in Missouri this morning and found the shirts to be $5.00 ! I was very surprised and talk to store manager. She said they were called by higher ups this am and were told they were not doing that !So I shared my thoughts with her nicely so she gave me a card for $5.00 which I used to buy one shirt for my husband. I also bought some other sale things. I still did well.I think she handled it well. They have these huge sales to get people in the store….. so when it is not there I feel like that is false advertising! How do all of you feel?
