Home Depot is having a FREE workshop on Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 9am – noon at all Home Depot locations. They are designed for kids age 5- 12 so keep that in mind.
In addition to bringing home the newly constructed message center, your child will all receive a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates’ aprons, and an achievement pin.
The Home Depot holds these Kid’s Workshops the first Saturday of every month with a variety of projects. What a fun and inexpensive way to stretch your entertaining budget with your children!

Just an fyi… the project this week is a Fire Station Bank, not a message center. (I’m a home depot associate!)
That sounds even more fun than a message center. Of course, as long as he is building, my son will have a blast!
