You have to say you are not a reg scotties user to get the $1 coupon. If you say you are a reg user, you get the 50 cent coupon.
I printed the scotties coupon .50 2x answered yes to ” are you a regular user” then had my Husband try, he answered no and we printed $1.00 2x
