I live in the Chicago suburbs and it was available for me. It comes snail mail, so I don’t know what the coupon are for.

I tried Atlanta metro area and it didn’t work for me. So I tried Florida, since that’s where my mother lives and it went through just fine. Looks like mom will be getting some coupons in the mail from Lowe’s soon!! *Smiles*
