      Amanda – They have been around for a couple of years. I used Paypal because I can choose the don’t pay until shipped option…and paypal is easy to get a chargeback IF they don’t show up for some reason.

    Have you ever ordered successfully from this company? I’ve seen some terrible reviews, and am just wondering if anyone has used them in the past.

      I used Paypal pay at shipping option so I won’t be billed officially until it ships…plus it is really easy to get chargebacks if you don’t receive your merchandise when you use paypal….just a thought!

      They have been around for a couple of years and I’ve purchased one voucher that I used successfully in the past but that was a long time ago!

    Carla, it’s 1/14, and I still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve emailed them several times and called once, only to receive mediocre, unclear responses. Have you received your shipment? Briana, have you received yours? or has your paypal account been charged? (I used paypal but somehow missed whatever I needed to click to say ‘don’t charge me until it ships.’ So they’ve had my money for 5 weeks now!)

      Katie – They told me I should receive mine this week! I DID get my Harry Potter Movies last week that I ordered around the same time. I’m encourage we will receive them…just a little upset that they didn’t ship when they said they would. :(

    Has anyone gotten their shipment? I was told I’d receive mine by this week at the latest, and today’s mail has come and gone with no movies!

      No, I haven’t received mine either. :( I’m going to file a dispute with my credit card company and I suggest at this point everyone else does it as well. I did receive one set of DVDs but have NOT received the Disney ones. I’m so sorry about all this. :(

        How do you file a dispute with your credit card? What does the credit card company then do – fight to get the goods delivered, get you a refund, etc? Thanks, Briana. This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this, thankfully!

          You can call or go online to your statement and click on dispute charge. I did not receive a response from my email from today! They have been in business awhile so they may give us refunds too….who knows…I really want my movies, though!

            Anyways, not that the response gives any more clarity, but it is something. I keep hoping those movies will arrive, and yet I don’t want to be hoodwinked. :(

    I spoke with David from kgbdeals (866.706.3915) a few hours ago, and he told me that the merchant informed us that the items were held in Florida (“thus the delay” – which makes no sense to me). They said the products started shipping on 1-30-2013 and they estimated that customers will receive their orders within this week. We’ll see…
