    Got 2 movies last night and one was scratched so I called the number and complained and she gave me a new promo code for another free movie.

    Try it out. Machine was really slow and first disc was scratched , think I will stick with the Redbox, quicker and easier to use!!!
    HOLIDAY code didn’t work the first time but did the second. Are the machines always that slow spitting out the movies?
