Check your email – $10 Extra Bucks for a survey!

I received another survey opportunity through CVS Advisor. I get these every few months and the extra $10 or more in Extra Bucks is always nice. So check your inbox if you are a CVS Advisor. If you aren’t, go ahead and sign up so you will be eligible for future offers! (I qualified and will receive $10 Extra Bucks on December 19th! YAY!)

CVS is conducting a brief survey about shopping at our stores, and we are asking a small group of our ExtraCare cardholders to share their opinions with us by taking the online survey.

To thank qualified respondents who complete this survey, CVS/pharmacy will credit your ExtraCare account with a total of $10 in *Extra Bucks beginning December 19, 2008. To thank non-qualified respondents, CVS/pharmacy will credit your ExtraCare account with $2 in Extra Bucks beginning December 19, 2008. They will print on the bottom of your register receipt at any CVS/pharmacy store when you have your ExtraCare card scanned.
