I often notice that the smaller paper doesn't have as many coupons, and sometimes just the ad for a product. Plus the coupon pages are full of mail order slips for trinkets and "collectibles". Sometimes you have to change papers to get the best coupons...though, it could be regional and that might not make a difference.
