Does your child have Asthma? There is a new book, Breathless Bethany Buttercup, has been created by a partnership with Schering-Plough and the Allergy & Asthma Network Mothers of Asthmatics (AANMA) to help parents talk to their children about properly managing their asthma and the importance of their course of treatment.

Through their partnership, they have created this cute and colorful storybook about a young girl’s experience with asthma and it provides information about asthma management. You can order your book free at www.asthmastorybook.com.

Thanks for sharing this! I have two kids with Asthma, one 8 and one 6. They sometimes have a hard time understanding why they have to take the meds everyday, have breathing treatments and all. Hopefully this will help some!

Thanks for posting this. My 8 year old daughter takes meds every day and breathing treatments when needed. This will be a great book for her.
