Sometimes you have to do a little digging, as some of the coupon inserts have long since expired. Occasionally I bring my 6-year-old daughter. I made the mistake once of telling her we were going "dumpster diving" (even though it's not a dumpster). The next day she went to school and told her teacher and other parents that she got to go "dumpster diving" with Mommy. Oh no...how do I get out of this one?? Ahhh, good times!! Go thru recycling bins at high-rise apartment buildings because rich young people with no kids do not seem to clip coupons. Ask other moms at preschool if I can have their circulars. Go thru recycling bin at preschool. Library. Make friends with the route driver who throws your paper! I have 13 inserts! I’m the happiest mommy ever!
