Get Fit Friday: 50th Post Celebration

To celebrate reaching 50 Get Fit Friday Posts (woo-hoo!) I’ve put together a list of 50 things we can do 50 times to help us GET FIT!  Keep in mind these are just suggestions and may need to be altered to suit your fitness level.  The main point is that you get out there and TRY.  Don’t worry if you can’t conquer every item on this list.  Every bit helps!

Feel free to print and check-em off as you go!  Remember, there’s no time constraint on this list and certainly not all of them are expected to be completed or even attempted in just one day.  Good luck!
