This weekend I shopped General Mills’ Box Tops for Education with a complimentary $50 Gift Card from BTFE.  Until now, I didn’t know box tops went digital!  This site is really cool!  I always wondered how much money cold be earned by collecting these box tops for my school and now that I know (thanks to this site) I am even more motivated to collect and shop for products that support my school.  I was able to see that the school of my choice has earned $100 above its goal Box Tops earnings for 2011-2012.  According to BTFE, over 85% of the Box Tops are gained from traditional clipping and we currently only have 2 users collecting eBox Tops (one being me, now!).

With so many options it was hard to choose where to start!  First, I made a small photo book for my little sister on Kodak Gallery.  Then, I ordered a personalized BargainBriana mousepad for my mom on Zazzle.com.  I shopped for shorts on the Underarmour clearance rack, checked the Nike and Champion clearance sections, and even tried shopping a couple of new sites that I hadn’t ever heard of before.  I even ordered a gift from The Popcorn Factory (yum).  With my final purchases I have earned $5 worth of eBox Tops for my school.

I would definitely recommend shopping on Box Tops for Education online!  If you have friends or family in public school systems, your every day online purchases can make a big difference in your community.
