Yesterday our movie was cancelled at the theater in Bay City, Michigan. There was another show of the same movie, but in 3 D, and the manager never offered us to go and watch the other movie after we bought the tickets, waited for 45 minutes to start the movie, and bought $20 in snacks. They told us “you might as well leave” . My evening with my children was ruined. Not even an apology. On top of everything, I charged the tickets, and I wanted the refund to go back to my account. They refused to do that and gave me cash. What kind of business is this? This was on July 5th. The 6:50 show had technical problems.
