I think I did pretty well at the Kroger Mega Sale this week. I purchased a few items not in the Mega Sale like bananas, grapes, milk, eggs, which we needed (not shown in the picture). However, I still saved so much and we are stocked up on yogurt, cereal, and cereal bars for a little while.
Here’s how it broke down:
Total before coupons & Kroger Savings: $220.53
LESS Manufacturer’s Coupons ($49.79)
LESS Bonus Coupons ($11.15)
LESS Kroger Plus Card Savings: ($91.79)
Total Savings: $152.72
$67.80! Plus, I used a $30 Kroger Gift Card so I spent even less out of pocket!
Then on top of that, I received $5 in catalinas to use on my next order for purchasing Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks and Nature Valley Granola Bars, which I wasn’t expecting!
By the way, Kassandria, is the winner of the $30 Kroger Gift Card! Congrats!

I bought $72 worth of groceries yesterday but only spent $38. I was pretty excited. Just about half off is always good.
I shopped Sunday and got 80 items for $64.73. The bill (before coupons and Kroger savings) was $160 and change. (I forgot to write it down before they swiped my plus card!) Almost $100 saved! Whoohoo! Most of what I got was the sale items paired with coupons. I did get some other things we needed that weren’t on the great sale.
Keep up the great work with giving us tips and tricks! I love how I’m saving so much more now!! :)
I went to Kroger maybe 4-5 times over the entire mega sale.
The best I did was possibly yesterday.
I bought-
2 Betty Crocker cookie Mixes – which came out to .30 cents a piece.
3 Chicken noodle Hamburger Helper which came out to +.09 after coupons.
1 Betty Crocker Fruit snacks that came to .30 cents.
2 Pillsbury Refridgerated Cookie things which came to .70 a piece
and finally
2 Grands Biscuits which were free.
So in total all of that for 2.21$.
Not bad at all!
They also had their kroger hamburger on sale for 1.39 a pound so I got a handful of those as well!
