JCPenney Salons: Free Kids’ Haircuts in August

JCPenney is offering Free kids’ haircuts in August. Children in grades Kindergarten through Grade 6 can schedule an appointment for a FREE hair cut. I’d call now as I’m sure these appointments will book quickly!
