Kmart Super Doubles up to $3?

Since some people mentioned their store wasn’t participating this week. My local ad states Super Doubles this week up to $2. So, I did some browsing of ads online. Some aren’t participating this week. But one ad I found is Super Doubles up to $3??? Has anyone else seen this yet? This location is the Anderson, IN, Muncie, IN, La Porte, IN location…makes me almost think of making the trip.

I do have a theory. This is a town that is struggling. Loss of many manufacturing jobs, same with the Kmart that is close to me that is currently running up to $2 Super Doubles. Any other theories?

I kinda agree…. here in a pretty nice part of SoCal no doubles at all. But outwardly its hard to “see” financial distress in this neighborhood. We always joke that no one here has heard about the nation’s financial woes. (I do realize Im generalizing- but seriously, the restaurants are packed)!

I believe some Kmarts are just not advertising their double manufacture coupon weeks. I was frustrated the other day when i went to one of the local Kmarts and asked if they were participating in it that week cause it didnt say on the flyer. They told me that they had just done the $2 double the week before! It deffinately was NOT in the circular!

I just called my local Kmart to see if they are participating. They said they are not, but if I inquire about it in the store, then they will honor it. I didn’t ask up to what amount, I guess I will find out when I get there.

Not sure where you are at (sounds like SEish). I’m in SD and they advertise the coupon doubles but it’s about 2 weeks after all the blog buzz about it. Seems the blogs I read are mostly easterners so maybe they do it in waves across the country? Or by region?
