Leftover Pork Tenderloin Wraps

Since I know we always have leftovers after making a nice size pork tenderloin, I’m going to shred that meat and make tenderloin wraps. (I always tell the kids pork is chicken. For some reasons that sounds better to them than pork. Don’t know why?)

Ingredients

  • Leftover Tenderloin (cooked anyway)
  • Salsa (Free – made it my garden!) or diced tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Reheat and shred pork. Combine the ingredients you want into a wrap. Done.
