- 4 oz. uncooked spaghetti (.50)
- 1 lb ground beef ($1)
- 1 clove minced garlic (.10)
- 16 oz. jar pasta sauce ($1)
- 1 egg beaten (.25)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese ($1)
- 8 oz cottage cheese ($1)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese ($1)
Cook Spaghetti according to directions. Combine spaghetti, egg, and parmesan and form into a pie dish like you would a crust. Cook ground beef & minced garlic until brown. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce and heat.
Layer cottage cheese on the spaghetti crust. Spread meat mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
