A few weeks ago, Casey aka Moosh in Indy, invited me to a Pledge Pampering for you and your PC event at the Villaggio Day Spa. While we were getting pampered with mani, pedis, and massages courtsey of Pledge, our computers were getting pampered as well. You can save a little dough by using a product like Pledge Multi Surface which you can use on almost every surface in your house instead of having numerous different products for every job!

Pledge Multi Surface works on wood, wood laminate, plastics, stainless steel, glass, mirrors, electronics, and granite. Which is nice because you can clean something like your computer surface and your computer screen with one product. It also comes in two wonderful fragrances: Rainshower and Lavendar Fresh.

Casey is a brave soul exposuing her cleaning challenges on Pledge’s microsite, HowICleanNow.com. In my case it would be how I don’t clean now! 5 bloggers bare all in these cleaning confessionals. There is also tips and advice from cleaning expert, Trish Suhr.

I was able to catch up with some bloggers I already know like Emily and Cherie. As well as meet some new faces such as Erika, Anna, Chris, Polina, Judy, Michelle, and Heather.

My cleaning challenge is to keep our (boyfriend, roommate and mine) glass desks clean. We have many water rings from our drinks and mess from our snacks.

Ok, my cleaning challenge is, well basically, everything!!! I have a dog that sheds hair year round and it gets everywhere! Not sure how, but I have found his hair in places from my bathroom mirror to the dining room table.

My cleaning challenge – 2 kids and a messy husband, then I add 3 doggies to that mix…. Ugh. Doggies are small so they think it is their privelge to jump on every surface in the house…

My biggest challenge is keeping all the surfaces in our house from becoming sticky from the three boys!

I LOVE Pledge Multisurface… it’s one of the few things that work to get that stuck on gook off my dining room table!

My current cleaning challenge is very common, 3 kids, a dog, and a husband. I just do my best though and try not to stress about it too much. Pet hair is my biggest challenge. It gets everywhere.

My cleaning challenge is to keep making my kitchen table the place where everything goes, leaving us very little room to eat. It’s the first place I put my stuff when coming in the door. I really struggle keeping it cleaned off. Any ideas? Thank you for the giveaway.

  • Alli - June 19, 2009 @ 3:19 pm 18
My biggest cleaning challenge is keeping the toys/clothes/papers off the floor that I just picked up. Give my kids 5 minutes… And I have to have the stuff off the floor in order to clean it! It’s a vicious cycle.

My cleaning challenge is havign to use so many different products to clean the large wall unit in the family room which has glass doors. I just hate it having to stop and get another cleaner when I can use just one to do the job.

The master bathroom….No one ever sees it so I procrastinate cleaning it.
  • Randy R. - June 20, 2009 @ 4:04 am 23
I would love to try this on my dusty, finger-printed furniture and electonics. Having two children in the home leaves many finger print tracks on the furniture.
  • Randy R. - June 20, 2009 @ 4:06 am 24
By having only 1 product this would make the cleaning much more efficient.
  • Karen - June 20, 2009 @ 7:57 pm 25
My challenge is decluttering. We just set stuff all over, and I have to clear it off before I can polish it!
