Is the instant savings only available at the store? My staples circular (online for my region) states that the tape dispenser would be $1.00. Just wondering about the instant savings!

    Dear BB:
Do you happen to know if I used my $21 in rewards on an item for $50 and subsequently returned that item, would Staples return my $50 in cash?
Or, would the return give me $29 in cash and 21 in rewards (slip)?
