What do I need to do step by step?

I aslo clikced on the must have documents and typed in CBNC and nothing.

Hi Clara- I am sorry you are having trouble with the free Will & Trust Kit Gift. I used a Firefox browser and clicked the “click here to get the free gift from Suze” box on the homepage. I was then prompted to enter the promo code (CNBC) and have successfully entered the area where I will continue to claim the gift. My only suggestion to you is to try a different browser (?) or possibly a different computer, if you can. Google Chrome (browser) should work for this gift too.
