CVS is now allowing you to send your quarterly Extra Bucks directly to your card for easy savings! When I logged into my account, I was also able to push a save 20% off your order from now until January 13, 2012 onto my Extra Care Card, which will give me the savings automatically at the register.

What do you think? Will you send your coupons directly to your card or do you still like the idea of getting that coupon in the store?

$1 All Laundry Detergent + My CVS Shopping Trip

Sunday in between basketball games, I headed to CVS to do a couple of deals. When I checked out I was expecting the $10 coupon for the Cash Card. However, it said I still needed a few dollars to qualify. When I looked closely at my receipt, the All Laundry detergent was ringing up for just $2 instead of the $4 that was advertised! This made the All Laundry detergent a great deal in itself, just a $1 after coupon and even sweeter with the Spend $30, Get $10 CVS Cash Card promotion going on.

For my deal, I purchased a few of the Finish Dishwashing tablets since it was on my list as well as a couple of Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaners . We were running low on toilet cleaners too.

Once I realized the All Laundry was ringing up for just a $2, Iwent back into the store and used my final two coupons to get additional bottles and then I met qualifications to get my CVS gift card.

Then realizing, I did have a B1G1 Free Axe Shower Gel coupon, I headed back into the store again. Yes, I’m sure the cashier was tired of seeing me at this point! :) I had thought it was buy 2, Get $4. Oops, it was buy 3, Get $4 so I still need to go back and use another B1G1 Free coupon to get that Extra Buck reward. I used the CVS gift card I received on my previous order to help pay for this.

The boys love the Axe products and it’s hard to find a deal on this so even with it being buy 3 instead of the buy 2, it is a still a good deal for me. I can never have too much of this in our stockpile as it disappears quickly, which is good because that means my boys aren’t so stinky! ;)

I only received one coupon from the magic coupon machine this week – a coupon for $2 off any Nature Made Vitamins. That’s it, though. What about you? Did you score any great coupons or deals at CVS this week?
