Disney Store: Free Valentine’s Craft Event on 2/11

The Disney Store is offering a FREE kid’s event on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.. Your child can create a unique Valentine’s Day card.

Minimum age for participation is 3 years old. While supplies last. No lineups prior to 30 minutes before the event begins. Call your local store for more details.

Lowe’s Build and Grow Clinic: Valentine Card Creator

Build a Valentine Card Creator at the Lowe’s Build and Grow Clinic on Saturday 2/11/2012 , from 10am – 11am. This does require registration online, which helps to see which stores are participating!

Each participant also receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch, and a certification of merit upon completion of their project.

One day each month, you can build a cool LEGO mini model for FREE! For February, you can build a mini LEGO hockey player on February 7, 2012 starting at 5 p.m.

This offer is valid while supplies last and quantities are limited. A new model will be available each month and will be specially themed to that month. One free per child. Event is open to children aged 6 to 14 only. Check with your local LEGO store for dates and times as they may vary by location.

Home Depot Kid’s Workshop: Keepsake Box on 2/4

Home Depot is having a FREE workshop on Saturday, February 4,  from 9am – noon at all Home Depot locations. These workshops are designed for kids ages 5-12 so keep that in mind.

Your child will build a Keepsake Box similar to the one pictured above as well as receiving a kid’s sized orange apron and an achievement pin.

The Home Depot holds these FREE Kid’s Workshops the first Saturday of every month with a variety of projects. What a fun and inexpensive way to stretch your entertaining budget with your children!
