According to Woody (T.G.I. Friday’s Facebook Mascot), they will be offering Penny Appetizer with costume and any beverage purchase in the bar area on October 29, 2009.

Halloween’s right around the corner & I’m pumped! Think I’m gonna be Were-Woody or Balloon Boy. Oh, and I heard Friday’s is throwing a party on Thursday, October 29th. Penny apps at the bar when you show up in costume and buy any beverage. Ya know I’m gonna be there!
