Bloom grocery store is having a triple coupon sale through Sunday, October 12 (it started Friday). The offer is only applicable on coupons up to 99¢, with a limit of 20 coupons per visit, per day. I checked the website to see if it was just a local offer, but the sale is listed in all of their fliers. Their stores are in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.
