I did the WAGS deal for the herbal essences and it does not print a register reward. I was told by the manager that because my coupon makes the price of the item below zero that it would not print. I didn’t believe him, I think he was just trying to get me to leave. I had him return the shampoo which he was not happy about and I advised in an appropriate manner that I would be calling corporate to check in on this policy b/c I have never had this problem before. He was very irritated from the get go and it was a little frustrating. Just a word of caution for anyone who may want to do this deal. It may not print the RR.
Thanks for the heads up. THe fact you used a coupon shouldn’t make a difference but did you buy the specific sizes indicated in the ad? Sometimes that does make a difference…that’s the only way I can see why it wouldn’t print….
