I had no idea that WFM accepted MFQ. I buy all my meat and bulk grains at WFM and all other organic products that I use at Kroger (because I can use the Q’s.) When I think of the # of Muir Glenn coupons I could’ve used at WFM it makes me weep;-) They’re the only local store that carries the adobo tomatoes, which makes the best “red rice.”
Thanks for the heads up!
Rhonda
The PDF newsletter looks like it is from Oct-Dec 2008, and although the front page says it has $40 in coupons, I don’t see any inside of it?
I’ve never seen the coupons in the pdfs online. I think you have to go to the store to get them. They are usually right beside the shopping carts when you walk in the door on a wooden holder. :)
Briana– I’m so glad to find another couponer who embraces the vegetarian lifestyle! I was so excited to find Whole Foods deals on your blog! Way to go. :)
Yes, they have an outdated PDF on their site. It says you can print them from their site but not the same booklet…I’ve contacted them asking them what is up!
Thanks for letting me know! Hopefully, they will get it updated!
My hubby brought these back for me when shopping on Saturday. He was so excited, I think in part because he felt he contributed to my coupon savings. And he picked up 5 booklets (the number of papers I buy on Sunday)… I love it!! And, they match nicely with coupons we currently have. I’m Super excited!!!

Thanks for this! I’ve always avoided Whole Foods in favor of Sprouts and Trader Joe’s because it was more expensive, I’ll give it another try now!

I found this when browsing their website. I think this is the most up-to-date newsletter and it does have a few coupons on page 9. They are not all of the ones you were looking for, but they may still help.

I have shopped at Whole Foods but was unaware of the coupon booklets!! Are the coupons store coupons that can be stacked with manufacturer’s coupons?
Hey the nearest WFM is over 100 miles from me, however my local Publix accepts their coupons!! can I get these by email or printable???
You seem to be so knowledgeable about clever coupon strategies — I’ve learned more in the 10 minutes I’ve been on your site than I ever thought was possible!
I’d like to ask if you wouldn’t mind sharing a few organic and natural coupon “tricks” with the members in my green social network community over at Greenwala? We just started a group called “Coupon Links & Strategies To Go Green and Save Green” and I personally think that your contributions would add great value to the conversation! Here’s a link to the group if you feel inspired: http://tinyurl.com/o62z6w
If it sweetens the pot, when you join Greenwala, a tree will be planted in your honor courtesy of the non-profit group “Trees For The Future”. What do you think? Would you be able to share a few tips with people? Would anyone here like to share their success stories with my humble little community?
