With the new frozen entrées from Wanchai Ferry no need to go out and get take out when you can enjoy all the flavor you will get at your favorite Asian restaurant.

In less than 14 minutes, you can prepare a complete Asian meal for two. Wanchai Ferry frozen entrées come in five of your favorite varieties: Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Spicy Garlic Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Sweet and Spicy Sprimp. Better yet, none of the entrées contain MSG.You can check out more meal tips for some great side dish pairings!

All the items needed come in separate packages, so if you want your dish to be partially meatless, you can separate the meat from the rice and vegetables. The vegetables take just 2-3 minutes to steam in the microwave. It is a very simple, quick, dinner which is handy to have in your freezer for those nights when you don’t have time to cook from scratch. (Oops, for me that is almost every night!)

There have been several $2/1 coupons in recent inserts for these frozen meals and you can also print out at $1.50/1 coupon at wanchaiferry.com.

OH! I had the best fortune a few years ago. I’d gone out to lunch with friends and my fortune was something like “your current plans will succeed.” My friend then said “add the “in bed” part to the end…” making it then “your current plans will succeed, in bed!” I laughed b/c we WERE trying to start our family then!

Even funnier, 2 weeks later, I was out to lunch with another friend and got the same fortune!! I laughed and REALLY hoped it would come true. Well, it DID…and the TWO fortunes came true as we had TWINS!

My best fortune said, “You will soon share good news with your family.” My husband thought it meant we would be getting pregnant, which would not have been good at that time. Instead, the next day, I found out I won $500 in a recipe contest. Of course, I am not a big believer in fortunes, but that one played out well for me;0)

I can’t remember getting any fortunes that were other than ordinary, though an author recently created fun fortunes with the help of a bakery that makes fancy fortune cookies and passed them out at a book convention. That would have been fun.

Anyway, please enter me.

Oh, I’m already an email subscriber, do I get an extra entry for that?

My best fortune was one I received while on a lunch out from work. Some people from the office came along and my sister(we worked together) ANYWAY we were doing the whole ‘in bed’ bit at the end. I got something along the lines of “Lady Luck will make you happy today” which I promptly added “in bed” even though I knew it sounded wrong and my sister threw her arms around me saying “not my poor baby sister!!!”

It was awkward. I still laugh about it though.
