    I try to get on my treadmill and exercise in the morning. I drink water when I get hungry as research now tells us that some of our hunger may actually be that our body is thirsty. I just bought Yoplait plus on coupon at Walmart for little and it is also glutenfree. I follow your blog faithfully.

    Journaling what I ate helps me stay healthy. I feel accountable to myself when I do it and actually end up eating healthier foods.

    I love frozen treats and I keep Go-Gurts (kids yogurt “sticks”) in the freezer for when I want something sweet. Much healthier than ice cream!
