My little boys (3 yrs and 1yr.) love to go fishing. We’re cheep so before we go we dig up our own worms, (they love that part too).We walk to our city park and fish in the stream there. It’s something our whole family enjoys and it gets us outdoors and moving.

We’ve weaned our kids off of flavored yogurt because it has so much sugar. We make our own plain yogurt and add fruit or make it into smoothies.

We love to go to open swim at the school pool and one parent swims laps while the other plays with the kids. They are almost old enough to race with.
