I was inspired to create this Salmon Cakes recipe with Lemon-Herb sauce with ingredients I found at Market District. This recipe is one that can be prepared ahead of time as a freezer meal to make for a quick and easy meal or party appetizer. The lemon-herb sauce is simple to make and adds so much to this recipe.
