Mini Cherry Pecan Pie Recipe for Lucky Leaf

Looking for a simple yet elegant recipe for your holiday dessert table? I love the simplicity of this recipe. I also love that they are mini pies, which are super popular right now. Easy peasy when you use Lucky Leaf Pie Filling, I used Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Cranberry Pie Filling.

All you need is pie filling, refrigerated pie crust, and pecan halves.

Cut circles just a little bit larger than your muffin tin insert.

Gently press into the muffin pan.

Mini Cherry Pecan Pies Lucky Dough in Mini Muffin Pan

Place about a tablespoon of pie filling in the pan.

Cook at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
