Looking for a simple yet elegant recipe for your holiday dessert table? I love the simplicity of this recipe. I also love that they are mini pies, which are super popular right now. Easy peasy when you use Lucky Leaf Pie Filling, I used Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Cranberry Pie Filling.
All you need is pie filling, refrigerated pie crust, and pecan halves.
Cut circles just a little bit larger than your muffin tin insert.
Gently press into the muffin pan.
Place about a tablespoon of pie filling in the pan.
Cook at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
- Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Cranberry Pie Filling
- Refrigerated Cookie Dough
- Pecan Halves
- Roll out dough.
- Cut circles to fit into mini muffin pan.
- Place into muffin pan.
- Fill with approximately one tablespoon of pie filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until crust is a golden brown.
- Insert Pecan Halve into filling and serve!
