- 1 package Martha White® Baking Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix, 7.4 oz
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Spray 12 muffins cup with non-stick cooking spray or line cups with baking cups.
- Fill muffins almost completely full.
- Bake 13 – 15 minutes.
