Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins


Ingredients

  • 1 package Martha White® Baking Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix, 7.4 oz
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients until well blended.
  3. Spray 12 muffins cup with non-stick cooking spray or line cups with baking cups.
  4. Fill muffins almost completely full.
  5. Bake 13 – 15 minutes.
