Cookie Sandwich Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  • 90 chocolate cookie sandwiches (about 3 packages)
  • 3 tubs of whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream creamer
  • chocolate sauce & cherries, optional

Instructions

  1. Dip one package of cookies in the creamer one by one. Lay flat in a 9″ x 13″ dish.
  2. Spread one tub of whipped topping over the cookies.
  3. Repeat this two more times. Finish with a layer of whipped topping. Crumble any extra cookies and sprinkle on top. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with cherries if desired.
  4. Cover and place in freezer for 4 – 6 hours. I personally allow it to freeze overnight.
