Ingredients

- 2–3 lb chuck roast
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4–6 ounces dark beer
- 4 LA MORENA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce, chopped
Instructions
Pressure cooker method
- Brown chuck roast on both sides using the brown setting on your pressure cooker.
- Add garlic, salt, beer, and chipotle peppers.
- Add additional water if it doesn’t cover the meat.
- Cook on the meat setting for one hour.
- Enjoy!
