- 1 lb Honeysuckle breakfast turkey sausage, cooked
- 1 package refrigerated croissant rolls
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook sausage in skillet.
- Grease or spray non-stick spray on a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
- Spread croissant dough on bottom of baking dish.
- Add sausage. Pour eggs over sausage.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
