Baked Zucchini Chips
  • Zucchini
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  1. Slice your zucchini very thin.
  2. Then layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Pat with a paper towel to remove some of the excess water from the zucchini. Spray with olive oil. I used my Misto. Then sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cook at 225 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn. Cook for additional 45 minutes or until crispy!
