Cooking with Pompeian Olive Oil | Balsamic Mustard Marinade for Chicken or Tofu
  • ⅓ cup Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup mustard (honey or dijon - whatever your preference)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk to blend.
  3. Use to marinate chicken, pork, tofu, or vegetables.
