Caribbean Jerk Grouper Recipe
- 2 lbs Fresh Grouper or other white fish
- 4 Tablespoons Caribbean spice mixture
- ¼ cup OMAGGIO Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line your baking pan with aluminum or a baking mat.
- Coat with OMAGGIO Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil (approx ¼ cup), and then rub on the Caribbean spices.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until flaky. Serve with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
