Corn Potato Chowder

  • 4 large potatoes cut into ½ inch bits
  • 2 cans chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 bag frozen corn
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • shredded cheese
  • bacon, optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Toss potatoes, broth, corn, salt, and pepper into a slow cooker on high for 7-8 hours.
  2. Stir in whipping cream.
  3. Let sit for another 30 minutes.
  4. Top with bacon bits and cheese.
You can also add a dollop of sour cream for extra tastiness!
