The question I get OFTEN is do you have to exercise with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss plan? Nutrition is definitely the cornerstone of the FASTer Way program. I have had many clients be successful without exercising. Some have had such great results with the program that they were able able to exercise after losing fat. In my accountability groups, we discuss the best times to exercise, what exercises you can skip if needed, and how to maximize your results!
The exercises on the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program are AWESOME, quick, and easy to work into your schedule. Most only take me 30 minutes if I focus completely on the workouts.
