- 1–12 oz. can of flaky biscuits
- 5 pieces of thin sliced deli ham
- 4 cheese sticks
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Cut biscuits in half, flatten with your hand.
- Cut each cheese stick into 5 pieces.
- Place a pinch of ham, and a piece of cheese in the center of biscuit.
- Wrap biscuit around filling, forming a ball, be sure to seal completely all the way around.
- Place 3 balls in each cup of a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Melt butter in microwave, add pepper and salt. Drizzle over each biscuit roll.
- If desired sprinkle the tops with a bit of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
