- Squats: 10, Hold at the bottom for 10 seconds (x3)
- Push-Ups: 10-20 (x3)
- Cruches: 25, 10 to the right then 10 to the left (x2)
- Table Tops: 10, Hold Up for 10 seconds (x3)
- Leg Extensions: 25 both legs, 10 right, 10 left (x2)
- Arm Presses: 10 Pulse, Hold for 10 seconds (x3)
- Leg Squeeze: 10 Pulse, Hold for 10 seconds (x3)
- Bench Press (with body bar or free weights): 10-20 (x3)
- Arm Curls (with body bar or free weights): 10 Pulse, Hold up for 10 seconds (x3)
- Tricep Extensions (with body bar or free weights): 10-20 (x3)
These are just some of the exercises you can do with a stability ball. Alternate upper body and lower body exercises for a great workout!
