After trying this recipe for homemade vanilla caramel coffee creamer, you may never go back to buying the store bought version! I tried making my own safter running out of my normal brand and I’m hooked! It may not be that much cheaper to make on your own but it has less unpronounceable additives and chemicals in it. Plus, I’m sure you could customize this with other extracts if you want a different flavor.

I’ve been looking for a recipe for vanilla brown sugar coffee creamer! This is delicious. I made one change – I decreased the amount of brown sugar by half. And instead of cooking the brown sugar – water mixture on the stove, I just microwaved it for 20 seconds. Worked great! Thanks.

This is AMAZING! Didn’t have half-and-half so I used milk. It turned out great :)

I was wondering if you could use the Splenda Brown Sugar baking blend for this…looking for something tasty but with a bit less sugar.

For this coffee creamer, can I use milk or evaporated milk (I have both) instead of half and half?
Out of sugar this morning, no creamer and NEED COFFEE! :)
