This isn't quite as good as I'd like it to be, but it's decent. I needed two valances for my kitchen windows and Penneys has several on clearance for $4.99. Trouble is that two of them came to $9.98 instead of at least $10. I tried the coupon, but the minimum purchase requirement wasn't met. So, I bought a one-piece polo creeper for my soon-to-be-born son for $6.99. Shipping was $4.50, and my total was less than $13 for two valances and an outfit.
